I work at the intersection of data engineering, AI readiness and public-sector transformation. My practice spans operational dashboards for field organisations, ingestion-ready datasets for retrieval-augmented AI, portfolio analysis for innovation funds, and technical contributions to national AI policy.
I have convened county ICT leadership from 34 county governments, trained public servants through the Kenya School of Government, and moderated regional conversations on data interoperability and governance in East Africa.
Whether the brief is a dashboard, a dataset, a workshop or a policy section, the aim is the same: decisions grounded in trustworthy data — delivered with the discretion that institutional work requires.
